We are the champions

France is the host country and Paris is the venue for the 2024 Summer Olympics. ARTE is framing this event with a "SUMMER OF CHAMPIONS" One of the program highlights is the documentary "QUEEN - WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS". It tells the story of the greatest sports anthem of all time. The narrative is interspersed with archive material and new interviews with Brian May and Roger Taylor. Director Hannes Rossacher's close personal relationship with the band, for whom he has shot numerous music videos, gives him special access to the band and their archives.
